Sore back?
Get one of these McKenzie lumbar rolls. My miserly employer wouldn't buy me one at a mere NZD28.50, so I bought one myself, and now that I have, I can see myself using it in the car as well.Posted by conor at 4:33 PM

Relaxing...
Just back from staying with Bernadette & Shane at Castle Hill Village. They've got a lovely peaceful place up there, and all the kids had a great time![Currently listening to "Zebra" by John Butler Trio (Sunrise over Sea)]
